This project was planned in 2001, with 35.000m² of useful spaces with shops, restaurants, cinemas, etc. It is located in the port of Thessaloniki, at a point of great commercial demand.
The full autonomy of building’s estates and the enormous flexibility of space usage by future tenants was one of the center’s main advantages.
