A Modern Office Building with an area of 12.000m2 and two underground garages with 300 parking spaces is now being built in Athens. The building has a special aesthetic with special architectural features. State of the art MEP systems will be installed. The building will be both LEED and WELL certified. The budget for the Project’s MEP installations amounts to €9.000.000.
