HOTEL COMPLEX
‘’NAVARINO DUNES’’ AT PYLOS
(MAIN PLANT ROOMS –
DISTRIBUTION LOOPS)

This is an 800-room hotel and is a super luxury resort with golf courts.
The project was designed during the years 2009 and 2010 as the final construction design for the main HVAC plant rooms and the distribution loops.
All latest technologies were implemented so that the complex will operate smoothly for the years to come, while consuming the minimum required amount of energy.
The state of the art cooling engines with very high COP’s with co-ordination with the advanced technology which adjust their operation (chillers-cooling towers-pumps) in the demands every moment, provide the best conditions for the complex buildings.
The balancing of HVAC piping that was implemented by our office in 2012 resulted in reduction of the operational cost by 350.000€ in comparison with the previous year!!
