This is a new office building that will be built next to the existing buildings in Palaio Faliro. The building has 4 upper floors above the ground floor with a total area of 2200m2. Basic criteria of the building MEP Design are the modernization and low energy consumption as it will be certified according to LEED. The budget for MEP installations amounts to 1.600.000€.
