ADDITION AND EXPANSION OF A NEW WING OF THE SURGICAL AND PATHOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT AT THE MAMATSIO HOSPITAL OF KOZANI

This is a new ultra-modern general clinic with 120 beds in a 6.000 m2 building. The clinic was designed in 2022 and all new technologies were applied to the MEP services, which make the building the top of its field. Heat recovery units (A+ class), plate heat exchangers, PICV valves, variable speed pumps and fans are some of the equipment that render the clinic one of the best in comfort conditions and energy efficiency, a very important factor for energy consuming buildings. Special care has also been taken to deal with pandemics, replacing the air conditioning system with an All – Air system (FCUs with preconditioned outdoor air). The budget of the MEP installations is 3.000.000 €
