HOTEL UNIT
AND CONFERENCE CENTER –
MIRAMARE BAY MUNICIPALITY OF ELIS

This is a mixed-use building. It is used as a conference center with a capacity of 1000 persons and as a hotel unit. New technologies were implemented aiming at energy conservation and classifying the building at a high energy category. The final MEP design was implemented by our office in 2019.
